German Business Visa

 *Germany application form: Once we receive the documents will fill up the online application form https://videx.diplo.de/videx/desktop/index.html#start and duly sign by applicant.  

*Passport: Valid for at least Three months with a minimum of two blank pages available. Please attach all old passports, (if available). Passport has been issued within the previous 10 years, and the validity must not exceed 10 years.  

*Photographs: Two new recent color photographs in white background close up of full face and 35 mm x 45 mm in size. 70 to 80 % face. (see specimen attached)  

*Covering Letter: Personal / Company covering letterhead to mentioning applicant name, address Nationality, Passport no, the purpose of visit overseas along with the duration, the date of travel and about expenses during visit. Letter should be addressing The Visa Officer, Consulate General of Germany Mumbai 

*If self-sponsored: Invitation Letter: Invitation letter from invitee person /host to mentioning applicant name, nationality, passport details, purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and also to be noted that all the expenses including medical, boarding & lodging will be borne by the applicant or sponsor. A covering letter from the applicant addressed to address The Visa Officer, Germany Embassy, New Delhi   

*Detailed schedule of your Business meetings (ONLY for stays over 30 days) : If you have further appointments in the Schengen area: Signed & stamp invitation letter from the Schengen business partner on the company letterhead, ID copy of inviter, mentioning purpose of travel and itinerary and personal data of the applicant.  

Proof of Occupation  

If company employee  

Pay slips for the last three months 

Updated original bank statement of the last 03 month with bank seal and sign each page.  

Income Tax papers of the last 3 years 

If self employed  

Company memorandum copy/ company GST copy all 3 pages /company registration copy Company shop establishment copy or any company registration certificate copy which is showing that owner of this company in PDF file  

Company bank statement for last 03 month with bank seal and sign in PDF file  

ITR last 03 years in PDF file  

Company registration copy 

Air Ticket: Return air ticket copy (internal ticket if any)  

Overseas medical insurance: Valid for all Schengen-countries with a minimum coverage of 30,000 EURO. The policy has to clearly specify the period of validity and has to cover the date of arrival & departure.  

Processing time: 20 to 25 working days.
