Passport

Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum Two pages should be blank from both sides for visa stamp. Attach all Previous passports to show previous travel history. Handwritten Passport not accepted.

Covering Letter

Covering Letter: Covering-Letter from applicant on business letterhead mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to –To the visa office Embassy of Austria New Delhi

Please Note: Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if employed.

Insurance

Travel medical insurance shall be valid throughout the territory of the Member States and cover the entire period of the person’s intended stay or transit. The minimum coverage shall be EUR 30 000. Applicants for a uniform visa for multiple entries shall prove that they are in possession of adequate and valid travel medical insurance covering the period of their first intended visit. In addition, a statement, declaring the awareness of the need to be in possession of travel medical insurance for subsequent stays, shall be signed.

Financials

a) Original and copy of Personal ITR for 3 yrs.

b) Original and copy of Salary slip for the last Six months.

c) Original and copy of Personal Bank Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly.

If the applicant is a company owner or self-employed:  certificate of registration of the company.

Self Employed

a) Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation

b) Brief Company Profile

c) Articles of Memorandum (In case the applicant is MD/Director)

d) Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm

e) Balance sheet of the Company.

f) GST certificate/ Udhyog Aadhar Memorandum/ Import Export Certificate/ Certificate of Incorporation etc

Student

Leave Sanction Letter, School ID Card and NOC from school mentioning the dates of trip

If you are under 18, you must also submit

a) Application to be signed by both parents

b) No Objection Affidavit 100 RS stamp Papers from parents to be provided in both cases - travelling with single parent

C)  Birth certificate (Original + xerox copy)

Please note that Serial Number of naming list attached with corporate letter, hotel and agency letter should be contain same sequence.

Note Kindly note that, in case an application is received by the Embassy, less than 15 working days before the intended travel date, the application along with the passport will be returned to VFS. Therefore, the applicants are advised to apply atleast 1 month prior to the intended travel.
