Please provide all scan documents and all documents should be within 2mb file size. 

•     Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel. 

•     Passport scan copy First and Last Page (If Valid USA visa Please share visa copy) 

•     Family Sheet Form to be filled completely (without any blanks) and it has to be signed by the applicant himself and not by anyone else. 

•     Scan Company Covering letter: Covering Letter on company letter head addressed to The Visa Officer, addressed to Canadian High Commission, New Delhi with mentioning duration of visit, purpose of visit, expenses clause.   Details of all Applicants with name, passport number, designation) 

•     Invitation: Scan Copy Invitation Letter. (Duration of visit, purpose of visit, expenses clause. Details of all Applicants with name, passport number, designation) with Invite passport Copy/PR Copy/Work Visa Copy. 

              If traveling as tourist so required day wise Itinerary. 

•     Copy of Income Tax papers for last 3 years (Personal & Company). 

•     original Updated Bank Statement 6 months (Personal & Company) or Balance Certificate on Bank letter head with mention all Accounts Details and closing balance stamp and sign by banking authority. Company  Leave Letter  

•     For Salaried person Salary Slip for last 3 months& Company Leave letter ( if Employed ) 

•     For Businessman company MOI, partnership deal or proprietorship OR GST certificate. 

•     Personal Investment Statement (FD, PPF Account, Mutual Funds. Property Paper) 

•     Marriage Certificate 

•     Personal Aadhar Card Copy
