Please find below Spain Tourist Visa Requirements.

(APPLIED THROUGH BLS) KINDLY PROVIDE ALL THE DOCUMENTS IN A4 SIZE. PLEASE DO NOT STAPLE ANY DOCUMENTS 

1)Application Forms: (forms need to be signed only by BLUE BALL PEN) 

2)One visa application form completely and signed by the applicant. The form must be printed back-to-back & signed by the blue ball-point pen. (Signature at Page no -3 no 37 and page no 4 right side column at last 

3)Spain Authorization to be signed (only 1st page need to be signed and details need to be filled as per passports) 

4)Spain Sworn Declaration to be signed 

5)Spain Checklist to be signed 

6)Passport: 

Original Valid passport for at least six months from the date of return with a minimum of 2 blank visa pages available. Please attach all old passports. 

(Passports issued beyond 10 years/ will not be accepted by the Embassy) 

Please note: 

a) Handwritten passports will not be accepted. 

b) If there is any Observation mentioned on the passport then the passports need to be checked with The Embassy / BLS prior to the submission of application. 

7)Photographs: 

Two recent color photographs, in size (35mm x 45mm), with front face on a white background, without borders. The face should cover 80% of the photograph. (MATT FINISH) – 

Please don’t write on the photographs or staple it (kindly put it in an envelope and mention your name on the envelope) 

Full face, non-smiling [without glasses, a hat/cap or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background] 

8)Covering Letter 

Company Cover Letter: Original covering letter from the company on company letterhead addressed to The Visa Officer, Consulate General of Spain, Mumbai  and mentioning name and designation of the applicant and that of the signatory of managerial or executive level giving brief sketch of applicant's travel itinerary, name and address of the company to be visited, the purpose of your visit overseas along with the duration and the date you will resume work and about expenses during visit. If you are visiting any other Schengen country please mention the details of the visit. 

9)Air Ticket  

Confirmed Return Ticket (or ticket with Live PNR) covering all the sectors also required Internal Ticket 

10)Travel Insurance 

Travel Insurance as per Schengen specification, as per the travel dates, with risk coverage of Euro 30,000.

15)Proof of sufficient funds 

Original personal & Company updated bank statement for last 6 months with bank seal all pages and signature from the authorized person from the Bank. 

16) Income Tax Return personal & company for Last 3 years. 

17) If Employee Salary Slip's 6 Months with company stamp & Signature. 

18) IF Businessman GST copy. 

19) All old and new Passport Copy Pages 

20) Passport First last Page of recent passport. 

If your passport is not issued from Jurisdiction, then you have to submit any Three stay proofs . 

1. Lease & License Agreement 

2. Last three month updated bank statement 

3. Address proof in the Companies letter head (Original) 

4. MTNL, BSNL bill of last month 

5. Electricity bill of last month 

6. Rental Agreement
