1)     Visa Form to fill online at website address (sign has to be in blue ink only) https://formulario-mre.serpro.gov.br/sci/pages/web/pacomPasesWebInicial.jsf

2)     Passport with validity of minimum 6 months (Handwritten passport is not allowed) All Old Passports also required

3)     2 photos 35mm x 45mm, 80% face appearance, white background, glossy finish

4)      Notarized Original Invitation Letter has to be in English and Portugal language with CNPJ No. mentioned in it (mandatory to submit in both the languages) mentioning that he/she is very much aware of the business clause Norms and Regulations will neither engage in any kind of Technical work out there nor share or receive any sort of Technical knowledge.
Digital signatures that comply with Law 14063/2020 and Decree 10543/2020 may also be accepted.

5)     Company Covering-Letter from applicant on business letterhead mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – Consulate General of Brazil, Mumbai

6)     Personal Declaration Letter from the pax addressed to Consulate General of Brazil, Mumbai mentioning that he/she is very much aware of the business clauses, Norms Regulations will neither engage in any kind of Technical work out there, nor share or receive any sort of Technical knowledge (Please see Declaration form attached)

7)   Original Personal Bank Statement for lat 06 months updated till date with Minimum Balance of Rs. 1 lacs or above , duly signed and stamped by bank on all pages .
8)     Salary slips for the last 036months with company stamp and sign.

9)     Income tax returns of last 3 years

10)      Ticket itinerary with at least 15 working day gaps from the submission.
11)    Hotel Booking & Day to day Schedule

12)    Proof of address (such as utility bills) for the previous 12 months (except for VIVIS). The documents must be legalised or apostilled (as applicable), if issued outside Maharashtra, Karnataka or Goa. If the applicant is a minor, the document (s) can be in the name of a parent.

13)      Copy of the applicant's Aadhaar card.

14) Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, with immunisations approved by the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) or by the World Health Organization (WHO) or by the authorities of the country where the traveller has been immunised, whose last dose or, if applicable, single dose, has occurred at least fourteen days before the intended date of boarding

The applicant`s NAME must show up in the Consulate`s bank account. The bank transfer should be made directly from the applicant`s own personal bank account, not from the agent`s account or another third party`s account. Any transfer or deposit method that does not indicate the applicant`s NAME in the Consulate`s bank account is not suitable for the payment of consular fees. If any credit is made without the identification of the applicant by NAME, the service will not be performed and the amount will not be refunded. It#39;s the applicant`s sole responsibility to ensure that the transfer/payment contain his/her name. Kindly note that is not enough that the applicant`s name appears on the transaction receipt for a payment to be accepted. The applicant`s name must appear in the Consulate`s bank statement.

Please note that the completion of the Visa Application Form online does not constitute submission of the visa application to the Consulate.
The visa application will only be processed once the Online Confirmation Page (RER) along with the other documents required depending on the type of the visa applied for are duly and presentially brought to the Consulate General of Brazil by the interested party or their representative.
