UK VISA

Please find the below mentioned UK visa requirement. 

You must have a passport or travel document valid for Six Months. There must be a 03-blank page in your passport for your Standard Visitor visa. 

Documents: 

Original 6 months valid passport with All the Old Passports. 

Copy of One online application form and appointment confirmation letter 

Online application requires: (visa application sample form attached please fill that and share it with me for online form filling) 

1. The dates you’re planning to travel to the UK 

2. where you’ll be staying during your visit 

3. how much you think your trip will cost 

4. your current home address and how long you’ve lived there 

5. your parents’ names and dates of birth (if known) 

6. how much you earn in a year (if you have an income) 

7. details of any criminal, civil or immigration offences you may have committed 

Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum One page should be blank from both side for visa stamp. 

a) Attach all previous passport to show previous travel history (If any). 

UK Visa Application Form: Visa application form has to be filled online. 

Covering-letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, British High Commission, New Delhi 

Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from UK host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation. 

Invitee Passport copy and Visa Copy . 

Financials: 

a)Original and copy of Personal ITR for 3 yrs. 

b)Original and copy of Salary slip for the last Three months. 

c)Original and copy of Personal Bank Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly. 

d)Company Leave Letter. ( If Tourist Visa ) 

Proof Of Occupation: 

a) Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation 

b) Company ITR 

c) Articles of Memorandum (Incase the applicant is MD/Director) 

d) Fixed deposit/Investment/Property Papers 

e) Evidence of previous dealing with the UK Company (UK Invitation) 

Please Note: 

a) Applications are being accepted through online appointment; we advise you to send your application well in advance so that we can arrange for an appointment. 

b) Accommodation: Accommodation proof with complete details. 

c)Applicant will have to personally collect their documents or can opt for courier service at the time they submit their documents at VFS.
