Please find below USA Visa requirements. 

PROCEDURE & REQUIREMENT  

 1 - For online we require only the passport and application form. 

 2 - We will schedule an appointment for Biometric & Interview and mail you the details. 

 3 – For your 1st appointment for Bio – Metric you need to carry only your Original Passport & Appointment letter & DS 160 confirmation 

 4 - During the Interview date you need to carry biometric documents along with other financial documents. 

 Personal Appearance is mandatory – once for Bio- Metric & second time for Interview . 

Note : Ensure your palms are clear . In case traces of Heena or Cut marks are present, the biometric test will have to be redone and the same procedure to be repeated. 

1) Original passport along with old passport 

2) Original Bank statement for last six months/ share certificate and if you have any property in applicant name 

3) IT Returns for last three years 

4)  6 MONTH SALARY SLIP 

5) If travelling first time then Qualification certificate 

6) Appointment letter 

7)Company Leave Letter (If employed)  

Proof Of Occupation: 

a) Company Registration Certificate (GST Certificate) Proprietor 

 Student: Leave Sanction Letter, School ID Card and NOC from school mentioning the dates of trip  

If you are under 18, you must also submit  

a) Application to be signed by both parents  

b) No Objection Affidavit 100 RS stamp Papers from parents to be provided in both cases - travelling with single parent  

C)  Birth certificate (Original + xerox copy)

Business visa Business Invitation Required 

IN CASE OF INVITATION FROM USA FROM ANY OF YOUR RELATIVE, FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED 

1) if relative in USA, then sponsorship affidavit from USA (ORIGINAL) 

2) Relative passport visa / green card holder 

3) Residence Proof 

4) Financial Documents
