1)     01 Visa application form duly filled and signed by the applicant.  

2)     02 recent color photographs with the plain white background size 35 mm x 45 mm 75% of the face matt finish. 

3)    Personal covering letter from the applicant addressed to the visa officer, Consulate General of Singapore Mumbai stating name of the applicant, nationality, passport no. purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and also to be mentioned that all the expenses including medical boarding and lodging will be borne by self. If Businessman required letter on company letterhead or else plain paper.  

4)     Original of personal bank statements for the last 06 months with bank stamp and sign  

5)     Return Confirmed air ticket and hotel Booking. 

7)     6 months' Valid passport + old passports if any. (Handwritten passports will not be accepted) 

8)   Student (School Id Card Copy)  

9)   Profession proof If Business GST Certificate and If Employee last three months' salary slip

6)Original Bank statements of the last 6 months duly attested and signed by a bank official   

7)Invitation Letter: Copy of invitation letter from Singapore host/ inviting Company on its letterhead stating the applicant's name, designation and purpose & duration, Address of stay. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name & designation addressed to the visa officer, Consulate General of Singapore Mumbai 

8)Hotel booking   

9)V39 form from Singapore company  

10)Education details  

11)Salary slips 3 months
